First we begin by making sure we understand your business goals and objectives. We’ll go over your business model, your Key Performance Indicators, and how your software contributes to your business goals.

Once we understand what your objectives are then we can make sure that every decision we make is directly supporting your bottom line.

2. ASSEMBLE

After we understand your business goals and vision. We start assembling the dream team that will be working full time on your project.

Depending on your needs and preferences, this team can be an organic extension of your existing coding team. Or it can be built from the groun-up be overseen by a prohect manager (recommended for organizations without techincal members).

3. DEVELOP

Our Sprint based, Agile workflow process consists of 5 simple steps:

1. Requirement – Define Requirements for iteration based on the product backlog, spring backlof, and customer and stakeholder feedback.
2. Development – Design and develop the software based on the defined requirements.
3. Testing – QA (Quality Assurance) testing, internal and external training, and documentaion.
4. Delivery – Inegrate and deliver the working iteration into production.
5. Feedback – Accept customer and stakeholder feedback and work it into the requirements of the next iteration.

Put simply:
Plan, Sprint, Test, Ship, Repeat.
